Community Work

Connecting directly with local issues means we are able to increase the effectiveness of our social objectives. By establishing a presence through our locally recruited rangers and the use of best practice forestry management techniques, we can ensure close monitoring and involvement of communities.

A local presence is fundamental in the operation and management of our charitable arm established specifically to deliver direct benefits. By adopting this direct model we can ensure our initiatives are leveraged to full effect and deliver the much needed aid effectively.

This way we can save lives and reduce infant mortality rates through improved healthcare and educational campaigns to reduce and eliminate the threats posed by poor sanitation, and supply innovative clean water sourcing. The provision of basic services, education and sustainable farming practices will be encouraged and developed through local funding, allowing communities to develop micro economies for example; trading surplus foodstuffs.
